Update...9/14/23...Woman workers tells my wife they're not fixing card readers on the pumps so people must come inside. WOW!!!!!! When customers have the special card that is attached to their bank account so they may have the convenience of purchasing gas at the pump & not have to go inside & stand in line....IT SHOULD WORK! The pumps have been upgraded but the card slot to pay at pump doesn't work on any of the pumps at this location. Staff said they've put in slips requesting it be fixed but instead someone came and fixed the music system inside the store?

I asked for pizza. He is mumbling and slurring, whispering. When i asked him to repeat himself because i can't hear or understand him, he snapped at me telling me off, almost yelling saying i am yelling at him. When i got to the car my girlfriend said the same thing. It was like he deliberately was trying to start an argument. I am a little old lady. If he is trying to make out this is racism, at my old age, this is boring.

Ordered a pizza online and paid for it at 3:00 pm for a pickup of 4:45. Received my confirmation. Arrived at 4:45 and requested my pickup order. The cashier looks at the Pizza Maker and he tells the cashier that there is no order. The cashier tells him there is a ticket up in the printer. It is my ticket. The pizza maker says "she will have to wait while I make it". I tell him that it is for a business meeting in 15 minutes and I cannot wait and just give me a whole pizza from the front case. He tells the cashier no she can have a refund or wait. I tell him again, I paid for and ordered a pizza well over an hour ago, I want a pizza from the case. Nope. Give her a refund. The cashier apologizes and tells me he cannot help me. The pizza guy does not apologize or help in any way to rectify the situation. I get my refund. I call Corporate, leave a voicemail. 2 days later I send a message on their customer service site. 5 days later I get an email that they sent the request to the local Fastrac. 2 days go by, no response from local. I email Corporate again, they say they will send another request. 2 more days later, no response. I cannot believe the lack of customer care on so many levels with this situation.

I shop here 3 times a week the staff is very friendly :) I only have a couple of problems with this store :(. Thier food selection has gone down over the yrs !!! But they seem to have enlarged the beer selection!! :( And pizza :( doesn't Utica have enough pizza shops?also whatever happened to no masks no shirts no shoes noooo service!!! I've seen multiple people in the store who can't read!!also

I almost fell into the store because the sidewalk wasn’t shoveled, then cashier was very unfriendly.I asked about the slice and drink special that was displayed on the counter and she said we don’t have one . Very unprofessional

I do not understand how this one female at the Fastrack on keys rd still has a job. She is very rude and makes it like shes doing you a favor when it comes to waiting on you.It took several situations I encountered before I posted this because people have a bad day. No need to even mention her name because I've talked to several people and without even describing her they new who I was talking about. I just dont understand how she still has a job their?.
