This place is an EXTREME dump and should be closed immediately for health and safety violations. I booked with Orbitz and asked them to remove from their site.They tried to force me to let them make a copy of my driver's license. This is illegal and no one should EVER allow any hotel make a copy. Have you ever heard of identity theft.NEVER NEVER EVER STAY HERE.

BED BUGS! My wife and I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night because of bed bugs. We were woken up by bed bugs bites in the middle of the night. We called the fron desk for a change of rooms, they said there was no other room available. We left after 1 night and asked for a refund. We were told that nobody had complained about bed bugs in that particular room before!!! The front desk told us to have expedia call them for a refund and that they would refund. We went to our car and contacted expedia. Expedia advised us to go back inside to ask for the name of the front desk guy. He refused to give us his name and would not pick up the phone from expedia. When we asked him what was going on, he eventually admitted that he wasn't planning on giving us the refund. He said he looked in the room and didn't see the bed bugs and emphasized that the room we stayed in was one of the rooms that had no bed bugs complaints before!!!!!! We ended up going to another hotel and spent money we didn't have to spend.

After traveling all day we decided to get a room. This is the most deplorable hotel I've rv'er stayed in. We would have left but it was after midnight. The first room we were assigned had a locked door to the bathroom. The 2nd room had no working bed side lamp. The manager replaced the bulb but the lamp still did not work. He asked, Do you need a lamp?I placed my car keys on a dresser and noticed a film of dust. I brushed my hand over the surface and then had to wash my hand. The motel advertised breakfast was included. A sign at checkin stated no breakfast. I've stayed at the Econolodge in Flagstaff many times. This hotel is seedy and run down.

Don’t book a room at this hotel. The hotel is not well maintained and the area is not safe. I didn’t even walk into the room because the lobby was disgusting and the exterior was not well kept. I could only imagine what the room looked like. Thanks to Priceline’s no refund policy for this hotel I was charged even though we didn’t stay! Don’t waste your money on this hotel and furthermore don’t use any service that has a no refund policy the hotel is probably trash and they know it!

If I could give them a zero I would. The man at the front desk was unbelievably rude, so rude in fact, that we left before even checking in. He was on his cell phone, didn't talk to us, just pointed to my husbands wallet, then pointed again for his license which he then went to go copy. We said he has our credit card & info, they don't need a copy of license since we aren't paying cash & with all the identity fraud he wasn't comfortable with it. He said we don't get a room then. We said we will go somewhere else then and pushed the papers on counter back to him. They fell on the floor & he called my husband a shit! We were left flabbergasted and incredulous at this man's behavior and at what had just happened. The place was also disgusting & dirty inside and out. Wouldn't stay there if they paid me.

I had a very good stay here. The king bed was extremely comfortable. It may look dated, but I felt it was pretty okay, especially the price, on labor day weekend. There is a great supermarket within a mile, as well as every fast food place imaginable the other way. The man at the front desk was very nice. Also, be prepared to leave a deposit.Walkability: The Price chopper is within a mile

The place is a dump. Room was clean fortunately but the place, overall, is gross. And dont try to check in one second before 3pm cause they wont let you. Even if the room is ready! The guy let me see our room to ensure it was clean and i was like, can we check in then since it is ready, and the guy says no not until 3. Quite rude. Utica is a pit anyway, but if you have to stop, dont stay here.

You will have a hard time finding a worse place to stay. Don't be fooled by the pictures. There is no breakfast. The property is unkept and in need of repair. Shocked the city hasn't condemned the place. Room furniture is filthy disgusting. Comfort hotel brands should be ashamed of having this property listed as one of theirs. I made a poor choice selecting this hotel. If I hadn't prepaid I would have never stayed.

absolutely disgusting. There was hair on the shower walls, razor cap on the tub, the tub itself was dirty, it was very clear it has not been cleaned in awhile except maybe neatening up the bed. they’re we’re stains everywhere, soap was clearly used and unsanitary. the entire lobby had a strange smell to it. There were stains on almost all the furniture. Fridge did not work. Zero place to hang clothes. Walls were stained and peeling too a concerning level. Door did NOT lock automatically, which left me and my sister feeling incredibly unsafe over night. No breakfast, but honestly if they did have breakfast I wouldn’t eat it because they very CLEARLY do not hold themselves to reasonable level of cleanliness. For 120 dollars a night I expect at the VERY LEAST a clean room and bathroom.Noteworthy details: gross. felt unsafe

Disgusting. Black mold everywhere. Stained furniture, musty smell, empty tissues and toilet paper. They don't have bed bugs, so that's a plus! Ultimately not worth $120/night.

Absolutely disgusting. I have never been in any room so absolutely filthy. I didn’t stay. Pictures speak for themselves. Charged $119 for this.Safety: Lock mechanism on door was very loose.Noteworthy details: Booked it through Priceline and they would *not* give me a refund even though I checked out minutes later and showed them pictures of the room.

Poor service! RUDE and INCONSIDERATE !!!! Will not stay there and I do not recommend this place. Refuses refunds. Won't ever book with them again. Didn't even stay there and glad we didn't because the man on the phone has HORRIBLE customer service skills.

Do not stay here. If you do, do not use a credit card. If you use a credit card, make sure you check for fraudulent charges. We walked into the room, looked around and then left and stayed somewhere else.The ground floor window was broken so someone could crawl in. It was very unsafe. It was cold and noisy (because of the window). It smelled awful and everything was in bad shape.
