Have been trying to get a shower door made and installed since September. Gave measurements and never called me back. Called again in December never called back . Left several emails never responded. I too have moved on!!

Had a window measured and were told the replacement would be ordered and could be replaced in 2-3 weeks. Come to find out that after 3 weeks, the paperwork was just sitting in their office. We have them another shot and let them order the window...Called a couple weeks later and they said they could come out "sometime Friday morning." Luckily I can work remotely, but no one showed up.Called again the next week, made another appointment... They missed it again, but they can get us in by the end of the day (radio silence).We've given up on these guys and moved on.
