I show up at 10:30a for a scheduled oil change and was very specific for how much I wanted my bike filled. They filled it up halfway when I was detailed on filling it up 75% of the way through the sight glass. I then had to wait around for over an hour more for someone to pour in a little more oil. Why am I paying $120 for this?

I don't think I've ever received better service from any company. The fact that these guys/gals looked over my ATV recently, and discovered that there was an error made on thier part last spring when the same ATV was serviced by them. They could have very easily told me that whatever was wrong had to be fixed and charged me for the labor and parts. But their honesty is something that is super rare these days. I can't give them enough praise and will certainly do business with them in the future.

Walked into this place to buy a snowmobile. I'm a registered motor vehicle dealer registered snowmobile dealer registered boat dealer with a federal tax id and the salesman manager told me. I had pay sales tax on a new sled sold to my company. Told me if I was a farmer. I didn't have to pay sales tax crazy. They don't even know how how business works. And told me they couldn't sell me the sled ! All never go back or recommend them to anybody !went to another dealer nearby more than happy to sell me a new sled be ready for me in the morning tax exempt!I a call would be nice and say sorry we were wrong!

I didn’t buy anything from Utica power sports. I do get spam text messages from them endlessly. I’ve unsubscribed from the marketing texts several times, gotten confirmations of being unsubscribed and then a few weeks later they start again.

summer 2022. this place was horrible.do not go here !!!!! not only did they hold my bike for 6 weeks!......6 weeks! they didn't do the proper work i asked them to specifically do and just waited on 4 easy parts to come in before necessary repairs. ??? (the parts still never came in !!! & i bought them myself online and got them in 2 days !!!) they deserve a no star review. they promised me a week and. they had it for 6 weeks. :( a promise is a bond and dds can not hold up to it. sad............ plus they hire criminals as their employee's

My friend and I were traveling from Denver Colorado to Maine. My stator went out on our way home. From the moment I called (30 minutes before they closed) they were super supportive. They stayed a little later just to make sure my bike was towed there safely and they made sure it was just the stator that was the issue. They were diligent about finding a stator for a 2007 kawasaki ZX10r which wasn't easy lol but they got us in and out as quickly as humanly possible. Treated us with nothing but respect and made sure we were good before getting back on the road. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend
