I stopped for a slice & the chicken bacon ranch pizza was so fresh. I just had to try it. It didn't disappoint. This Cliffs has 5 star gas station pizza.

A young lady named, I think, Neela, was a five star yesterday! She helped get me a Lyft home and I could not have asked for a better young helper! Thank you Cliffs for providing such a wonderful person!

East syracuse cliffs on kirkville road has the most awful mangers ever . They treat their employees like trash . The one Manger constantly says stuff to his employees when the employees is doing their job . The one Manger doesn't secdule the employees and expect them to come in on their days off and work and gives attitudes when they said no . Try written employee up for no call no show on their day off when they were not secdule to work.

Try to stop and get gas, card declined? I have money on it but because I don't have $70.00 or more it declines at the pump. my car don't even take $70.00 worth of gas so obviously cliffs wants to overcharge. other stores will let my card go through and the pump stops when I hit 0.00 on the card.

I was a regular here for over 5 years but I will not return to this establishment after being harassed for wearing a backpack and being accused of theft.

Great place, the atmosphere is inviting, the dynamic of the store is great and really easy to get in and out of, the employees go above and beyond, I’m highly impressed with the cleanliness of the store and what they’ve done to make sure the customers are safe during these dark times. Keep up the great work! I will continue to support cliffs!
