Went in for a pedicure and their sanitation methods are HORRIBLE!!! They do not clean the foot tubs. They do NOT have a sterilization machine for the tools. They just hand wash in a sink. If I wasn’t in a time crunch I would not have stayed. I wouldn’t suggest that place to ANYONE!!!

This is the first time I am rating something but my experience was horrible. Halfway through my appointment the lady mentions she doesn’t have the shade I want. She did a really bad job with the nails as they were very uneven and sloppy. I told her to immediately remove them and that’s when she accidentally cut my finger. The remnants of the fake nails are still on my finger nails as they weren’t properly removed. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

Customer service is horrible. When you make an appointment you would think you’ll get there and start your appointment. Actually you get there. Do you have to wait a whole another hour If not even more just super unorganized.

This isn't the first time I get service here and I felt like something was missing. This time They didn't clean my nails properly. The older color mixed with the new color and it gave it the appearance of being dirty. They rushed me in & rushed me out. On the go and last minute plans made this a viable option. Be wary.

Wanted to try a new place and I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! Literally had to keep reshaping and repainting over and over again until I just said forget it. Then they were rushing my daughters nails, wouldn’t let them completely dry in the nail dryer and to top it off they forgot to put the top coat on each of our nails. I will never return
