I got there with my group, and after we realized that we were going to need something bigger…the gave us a 2022 Ford Explorer Limited for no extra charge. Then the process to return the vehicle was super smooth as well. The branch manager Jake was absolutely amazing in giving us the best customer service. “Chris saved the day! I had dropped my personal car key in a rental I returned, but didn't know it at the time. Chris searched the car thoroughly for it and found it wedged in between the console and seat so that it was nearly invisible. It wouldn't have been found if he hadn't been so diligent and considerate. Without the key, I would have flown home and been stuck at the airport. Their customer service is five stars, Mark was able to get me in a lease no problem the same day, and their cosmetic repairs along with mechanical repairs were done excellently. They will give you all the detail you could possibly need. Without a doubt I would recommend coming here for collision repairs, mechanical repairs, inspections, etc. ??”
