I would watch out for these guys and shop around. I called about tires for my trailer and the owner gave me the runaround and tried to charge me double what Walmart was charging. He got mad when I told him I was going to buy them at Walmart.

Got into boating last year. Boats Unlimited helped me with all my needs and questions. They winterized my boat last year. It ran beautifully this summer so i just dropped it off today to be winterized. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and happy they are close by.

Seemed like decent guys, i wanted them to work on my boat motor but they dont service outside of what they sell, i ended up have to go to sun & snow.

Had trolling motor problem on vacation at Oneida for a week. Called and Mike said to bring it in and he would look at it same day found bad switch under warranty had me back on the water next day great bunch of guys there. Thanks for the quick service

Wurst dealer in the world nothing but problems with a brand new boat I bought from them. I would stay from this dealer for any new boat purchases or anything for that matter. I experienced the worst customer service in my life. STAY AWAY I won't go into the problems I had but I will say it's a very long list unexceptable.

Mike and Dale were very helpful in helping select a boat trailer for my size boat. It was delivered on time and at a great price. Dale also helped adjust the fittings from the factory settings and I was very happy with their service! I highly recommend them!

We were passing through from Maine. Our trailer had a problem and we were 2 hours shy of the place we needed to pick up our cargo. Mike not only took us in and repaired the trailer, he called ahead and had our cargo delivered to him! So we came back in a week and they had fixed everything as well as helped us load our boat lift. They are kind and efficient. They go the extra mile, then some! Amazing customer service!

I wanted to upgrade my trolling motor to allow for auto pilot and spot lock. I also wanted to upgrade my depth finder. Mike was extremely helpful in determining which model would be best for me and the installation was perfect! They even cleaned my windshield!! I'm very happy with the results and recommend Mike and his team very highly!

Had terrible phone manners...trying to make appointment and response was that can't make appointment so if I come in I can't just jump in front of someone else...he would not listen. I wanted to install replacement steering drive he couldn't say how much or how long. I contacted another facility... absolutely no problem, made appointment and received absolute estimates... very friendly. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!
