Stopped in to get a few things this morning. Very long time members. Husband was waiting for me in the car, along side the building. As I was exiting, I saw he was moving his car to allow the employee who was returning carts to the entrance to be able to move them. I was appalled to hear him refer to my husband as an “f****** idiot”. Asked for his name, he would not give it. Absolutely horrible. Disgusted. Reported him anyway.

I just bought 2 home office chairs here and was helped immensely by 3 associates. I neglected to get their names, I’m sorry, but 2 female staffers were super polite and helpful, cashing me out, loading the boxes on a huge cart for me, and then getting a male staffer to pleasantly take them to my car and load both in it for me! I could not have taken advantage of the sale price on them and on the gas I bought without their help. Great job, Utica store personnel!

I usually purchase my gas at the BJ's fuel station in Utica. But I don't live in Utica so I called the store to ask their gas price today. ( They don't advertise it when you Google it.) So I asked the members assistant person who answered the phone. She said they don't give out that information. REALLY!! Why I asked? We just don't was all she would tell me. Oh, she said , "Have a nice day." I said I guess I won't!I just wanted to know if I should get gas there or not because I need it and I have to go to New Hartford today. Just can't afford to go out of my way if it's not any cheaper than where I live. The last time I went there, it was more than where I live. 10cents more per gallon!! I guess I'll just get enough here to get me there and back. Forget BJ's!!!!!!

Even though you must have Bj's wholesale club membership to be able to purchase gas here, they currently seem to have the lowest price on gas in Utica, NY

I went there and purchased GAS* items. It should of been 90 cents off per gallon---up to 30 gallons. I even asked the front desk--- needless to say----MY
GAS WAS NOT DISCOUNTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had bought star gas items before and bought gas right after, but YESTERDAY NO?????? I do not recommend this store, as it does not keep up with BJ's GAS points!!!! Poor management.
