Some closing sale 20% off and to have a big sign saying closing, only to hear it is just a liquidation ,and they are not sure if they are even closing the stores. More greed by raising prices and setting a false narrative. Think I'll be moving on to find a new store to shop. And hey maps asked so I answered. It's the polite thing to do :). Fyi has nothing to do with the staff, all pleasent and helpful by my standards

Reasonable selection for a discount store. There was a good selection of reasonably priced Christmas trees.

I’ve shopped here for a long time and very often, I went at 825 for a quick stop to grab some stuff, as soon as I entered in the store this lady doesn’t even greet us and all she cared with a nasty tone that they are closing in 15 minutes, when I entered the store. I found it upsetting that I wasn’t welcomed in there, well as I didn’t feel welcomed I left and I will make sure I will never put a foot in that store. And Michael instead to make things better he start raising his voice at me when. I told his employee lied and I found it very rude!!! I shopped there a lot and spent a lot of money but I will make sure I will never go there. You don’t want my business I don’t need yours either! I’ve worked in customer service and I shop a lot. O other stores ever said that to me!!! I work at a hospital and I will make sure everyone knows and no one will have to deal with disrespectful employees. SHOP AT NEW HARTFORD! Not once they told me that!!! And they are so much friendlier.

I love the name brand deals! The store is well decorated & organized. The furniture setup is great for testing before you buy. Seasonal items galore! Throwing a party? Big lots is great for decorating on a budget.

cashier borderline harassed me and two other customers to open credit cards. asked unnecessary personal questions and would not leave us alone. got so bad that another customer had to interfere. ridiculous and invasive behavior from employee
