“I've had an account for a year now and I really enjoy banking with M&T. I don’t often go inside the branch but when I have the Tellers have been very friendly and willing to help. I love the M&T app as it’s super fast and it is well designed. The only issue I encounter with M&T regularly is that the ATMs can be finicky with depositing cash. If I were to guess every 4 times I deposit cash it spits two or three bills out that are in perfect condition. If I go to a different ATM it will usually, accept the bills. While it's a minor inconvenience in the long run it does get frustrating. Otherwise, banking with M&T is a breeze. When I was younger I wasn't as responsible as I should have been with my bank accounts and I ended up bankless for a while. M&T giving me a second chance allowed me to regain financial confidence and has made life in 2022 so much easier.”

“I am 74 years old and have had experience with quite a few banks over the years. GPO at 2711 Genesee Street in New Hartford has by far been the very best experience I have ever had. I have had quite a few opportunities to be helped by Spencer Sierson, because in the last two years, it is the first time I have ever had to be on my own. She has been incredible. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help in anyway she could. I cannot say enough about the invaluable service she and others have given to me at GPO.”

“Not once but twice I have had issues with my bank account and both times Christy has gone above and beyond to assist me. The first time I called no issues Christy handled my problem quickly and happily and the second time I called for a different issue the women I spoke with didn't want to deal with problem and pushed for me to call customer service even after I told her that they had fixed the issue I was having before over the phone and with their bank, I request to speak with someone else, I then talked to Christy about the situation and she was more than happy to help me. I was considering leaving the bank because of the women I spoke to before seemed so uncaring and lazy. I'm Glade you have Christy on your staff and she should definitely be a manager if she is not already one.”
