I purchased an Infiniti from here in December while my husband was deployed. When he got home he discovered my vehicle was having problems with its transmission. CTV fluid was pitch black as well. Then my brakes gave out while I was driving and I rolled into a curb, when I had my husband look at it, he said a brake pad was missing from the rear despite both clips being intact. Despite my warranty I have been trying for months between the Syracuse dealership and this one to get the transmission replaced- only to be met with excuses that they don’t have a loaner vehicle- each time they were trying to get the vehicle from someone else they loaned it to. After the negligence with the brake pad I’m just very frustrated.
I’m just glad my warranty covers another mechanic because I’m not even comfortable getting work done here anymore.

Highly recommend the service department. We recently had our daughter’s vehicle fixed there and they were great. Especially Jason! He was friendly and honest and patient and he provided great service. He helped a worried mom feel much better about sending my daughter on the road back to college. Thank you again!!

Bad Dealership they are liars or they promise you something they lied to you. You won’t get nothing what you think you will they told me the I have 2 keys I only got one key they took floor mats no spare tire or anything on back to fix the flat tire but they said the I have everything when I called they were so rude they have bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend no one there to experience what I did

Top tier service here. Always have my cars serviced here. Mike always attentive with service and the cars run as smooth as butter thanks to the great service and work they perform here. Definitely recommend if you are trying to service your Volvo or any foreign car you may own.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2021 XC90 from Alex. He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were selecting the right vehicle for us. Not your typical car dealer. Excellent experience throughout. Dave G was great. He got me a great interest rate and went above and beyond to insure vehicle received all service and any parts needed. Kept his word on everything . It's worth giving these folks a shot!

I can't say enough about Alex and Dave. Not once did I feel pressured, which is very important to me. There was one little issued and it was dealt very professionally. I would recommend buying from both Alex and Dave. They will even give you recommendations for great restaurants! Thanks guys!

I found Alan Byer a few years ago, when my 2005 s60 needed maintenance and my local body shop refused to do maintenance on it.
The customer service is exceptional here. I leased a newer Volvo from them, and in the end bought it. I love my car!
I drive over an hour to have them take care the regular maintenance. Yes, there is a dealership in Albany, but Alan Byer always has a spare car for me to drive, and can get me in on a timely manner.
Friendly staff and the quality of work they do, is so worth the miles and time it takes to come to them. They will treat you like family.

Jason and his team are outstanding! I was on business in Utica and needed help with my car so I could drive home. Jason had a fully booked schedule, but bent over backwards to help me and I’ll never forget his words, “that’s why we’re here”! The epitome of exceeding expectations!!
