“I used to use the milford post office but they doubled their rates so I switched to the matamoras post office with the cheaper rate, I was hesitant only from reading Google reviews where everyone is complaining about this office and saying the workers are rude, I couldn't disagree more!! Everyone at this location has been nothing but beyond nice and helpful, like I'm kind of baffled by the other reviews because of my complete opposite experience, love this post office and the workers here everyone is so nice I'm glad I switched.”
“Personally, I’ve been treated good each of my visits here so I can’t account for some of these terrible experiences others have been presented to. The office clerks always greet with a friendly smile while answering all of my questions and concerns. My local mail carrier(s) always bring my packages to my doorstep with a smile whenever I’m present. So sorry for those of you with horrible past experiences but maybe the place is better now and some of those issues have hopefully been addressed.”
“I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”

“The copy center is a fantastic business and we are lucky to have it here in Vernon. The personalized small town approach is refreshing. I've been using this business for years and I was happy when Katie took over from the old owner. (Also great people) I use their services for various different business needs. She always goes out of her way to help us out, usually doing things on short notice with rapid turnaround time. I can't say enough about how many times she has come through for us. Also, it's awesome that they are now a UPS shipping location so Amazon returns are a breeze without having to drive far. Highly recommend!”
