HI had a R/X that needed to be filled by a specialty pharmacy that Walgreens had to transfer.I had to seek the proper specialty pharmacy & spoke with them.They gave me fax info & told me to call my pharmacy& give it to them so that they could begin the transfer of the specialty r/x.I spoke with the female pharmacist who took the contact inform & said she would contact the specialty pharmacy.I followed up a few days later& she said she was able to successfully transfer the r/x! Yay, right?No!So here it is a week later, I decided to follow up on the r/x bc I hadn't heard anything.I was told by the specialty pharmacy that they had NO record of a r/x transfer & did not have me on file!What???I immediately tried to call Walgreens pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist AGAIN & was hung up on/disconnected TWICE before a gentleman answered the phone claiming to be the pharmacist. I explained the situation & he proceeded to give me info I already have which clearly meant he did not understand what I was asking.I had a strong feeling he was not the pharmacist since the last time I spoke with the alleged pharmacist , it was a woman...what Walgreens has TWO pharmacists? Never heard of it! I go to this loc allll the time!So I have wasted a WEEK waiting for a much needed r/x that was never properly transferred.I am VERY VERY upset bc I feel I was deceived AND my time was wasted!!I've been trying for over 3 weeks to get this r/x filled & instead of telling me that the pharmacist was not available (I would have been happy to call back early the next day since it was already after 5p) a technician proceeded to pretend to be a licensed pharmacist and tell me what I already knew which was that they would have to resubmit to the specialty pharmacy. I think it is dishonest. It is poor customer service to give your customers the run around!!

I've come to this location 3 different times for a passport photo. Each time the workers say to come back another day. I will no longer spend money here.

The manager is condescending and incompetent. The combination makes it an easy decision to do business with any of the other Walgreens. Manager refused to look at my receipt or order number and insisted on arguing and blaming the associate who did nothing wrong. When proven she was incorrect she did not apologize then continued to blame "the system." Save the headache especially with photo pickup.

I went to the pharmacy today for my mother who is on a fixed income. There was a high copay on her eye drops. I asked if they could use a coupon and see which would come out cheaper. Leslie was too lazy to do it because it was too close to her lunch time so she chose to tell me it wouldn't be cheaper with the coupon because she couldn't be so bothered. There was a sweet young lady there who said she was sorry, she was in training and didn't know how to do it. Leslie get it together your customer service, patience and ability to listen and try the help the customer is horrible. Do better Leslie.

Extremely dissatisfied I went 3 times for a passport photo holding my baby in my arms and automatically get the answer the system is down. I had to specify once that the picture was for me not the baby. 3rd time was the charm after being told system was down I asked for a manager miraculously the system worked and manager took my photo. The cashier was lucky I had my child with me because I really felt like telling her off. How can someone discriminate against a baby it’s beyond me.
