🚩🚩DO NOT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY!! READ NOW!!
Very un-professional, drove all the way from Brooklyn to get away from the scam of what Brooklyn is to the Main Hub of Scam which is this place.. All I wanted was an oil change, Not a guilt trip on every up-sale they tried on me.
“ would you like to top off radiator fluid for $5. Me: Yes”
“Your oil pan needs to be changed every oil change. Me: No sir this car has 20k miles on it and currently under warranty so please just put my clearly New bolt back on car” then they all got sour, started rushing. Then I hear the gentleman say…” he declined the bolt, put it back. other guy says: REALLY?! Wow”
Then… “is it clean under there?! Other guy.. NOPE!!!” (Now I’m scared something isn’t going right and this out loud comment was on purpose)
I found this very strange and just wanted to leave. I paid $125 for an oil change and left. I also asked about the Groupon and they declined it and said they do not honor it. At this point I’m in my car already inside waiting with all the bags closed.
I get home and check under the car and car is leaking oil and my control arm is all filthy on purpose. WOW! I’m going to the better business bureau and making a complaint. This has to stop and this place needs to go under review. The sketchy sketches to force people to spend more money is crazy. The world is hard enough with out these kind of people. I bought this vehicle brand new and is in pristine condition. The dealership was unavailable so I drove all the way to Long Island in hopes to get Honest, professional service. I regret going to this place and won’t stop till something is done.
UPDATE FRIDAY 29th: STILL LEAKING OIL IN MY Drive way. This was Done Monday December 26th 2023 on a 2020 Honda odyssey ex-l with 20k miles on it. Practically brand new. Average American drives 14k miles a year. Do the math.

I went for an oil change and they overcharged me $100 for a pair of air filters. Service was fast and professional but probably I'm not going back.
