Terrible. I haven’t gotten my mail in months. I asked where my mail was and I was told I don’t know. This has to be a crime. I never got anything sent back to my house. I even sent a letter to myself to see how long it would take. It’s taking longer than months!

Very poor service, the guy has a terrible attitude and confused. They must be desperate for employees to keep him. I asked for 2 oz stamps and he gave me regular stamps. It needed a supervisor to step in to check if they had 2 oz stamps. If you as an employee who works for USPS and don’t know what is a 2 oz stamp then you shouldn’t be working there!! Stick him to the back office because he has no right being in the front lines for customers.

Terrible customer service and experts at wasting time. They lost 5 of my business’ packages then tried to convince me that it was my fault someone didn’t scan it in. Another time, I arrived at 4:57 to drop off prepaid packages and was met by the manager locking the door. I tried to tell her I just want to drop off, but was disgustingly told “we’re closed” through the window. Don’t recommend unless you want to leave annoyed.

Most of the clerks are great! However the manager is rude and lately they will have one window open, while the line is out the door. Rarely, the manager will bring someone from the back and of course the manager will NEVER work a register.

I do not recommend this post office . The staff is extremely rude . Poor customer service . Nasty attitude. If I didn't have to go to this place I definitely wouldn't .

Came here to renew my passport as this was the only place that had appointments available. Made an appointment for 2pm and I arrived at 1:57 and was taken care of right away.I walked out the door at 2:15 and everything went smoothly! Staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. 5/5 stars!Parking wasn't so bad as I went during a weekday afternoon, but I can see how it can get bad on a prime time weekend day.Hope I get my passport soon!

Workers aren't delivering mail every business day. App lists mail that I often don't get until two or three days later. Sometimes they confirm packages are delivered and they deliver said packages the next day. Sometimes they don't attempt to deliver packages at all and leave slips for them instead, forcing everyone else to waste their time with manually picking up packages at the post office. Packages are frequently delivered to the wrong address. I don't understand how the quality of service continues to deteriorate every year. The ladies at the store are great but the people actually delivering mail and packages? God awful.

I came here 01/14/2022 to get my passport . Kim was very patient and her coworker, I didnt get her name but they was very polite and both helped me with my document and photo. We also chatting a bit. I would go here often but I live on Brooklyn and there were no passport appointments. Great experience..

Today I had renew my p o box and I had to pay $202 dollars for a year last year I paid $126 for a year I can not understand why they charge me too much today I think is too spennsive
