So the physical car wash is great. I have no issues in that department and the staff wipe the car down well. I am a member but I have multiple cars. But the membership applies only to one car! Vacuum use is only for members and only that car can be vacuumed. If I was able to pay a fee for vacuum use I probably would give a better review. I’ve been coming to this car wash since I was in high school so I’ve seen it go through many different owners. Prices are fair but because the membership cannot be applied to multiple cars and I can’t vacuum all my cars because they aren’t registered with them I will no longer be keeping the service. To be honest no one needs to really wash their car more than once a week especially if you park in a driveway or garage. The car stays fairly clean majority of the time. If they can provide a package that allows more than one car I’d stay.

Bad service, the owners are not responsible for any damage that happens during the wash, poor quality silicone for the tires, rude employees, very bad place, I give it one star for not giving any, a terrible place.

Customer service sucks even the owner has a bad attitude better off going to a real car wash yes it’s cheap but what can you expect when you pay less … car wash lady caught an attitude because I didn’t want renew their membership ?

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! VERY RUDE GIRL HARDLY WORKING IN BACK AND THE WAS HARDLY CLEANED OUR SUV. WHEN WE ASKED JUST TO RUN THROUGH one more time the attendant said no you pay for 1 wash and walked away.. I live nearby and would never go there again and will make sure to tell my neighbors

It's makes absolutely no sense that they don't vacuum the inside of the car and they only dry the exterior body panels..they refuse to dry the door jams they won't even give you a towel to do it yourself...this place makes absolutely no sense what so ever
