“Really convenient location for me. Hours could be better during the workday but I make do. The worker is always very kind and easy to work with/get you what you need. If you have packages delivered to there they kind of just sit on the side which doesn't seem safe. I wouldn't know as I've never got anything sent to this location. It's located on the bottom of the office building”

“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

So it was a real relief when Steve and his team did such a good job on our most recent shipment from New York to Sydney. The experience was exemplary from start to finish - we got the quote promptly, it was competitive, Steve was super responsive throughout, the packaging was perfect - robust and well suited to the scale of the work, the price was competitive (the only lower price was for shipping in cardboard not full crating), and the painting arrived in perfect condition. “I typically visit the lindenhurst ups store location, which I am not a fan of. The woman who is usually there is nasty and always yelling. At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. I will be back!”

“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!

From the moment we started discussing this with ISAS to the next major step of working with Just Move in Ireland, we were hand-held every step of the way, from documentation to scheduling. When we reached out, they would all answer day or night, to our questions. When our personal dates changed and we had to inquire about storage of our goods for a month or so - that also was a breeze! It was done, we agreed to a delivery date, the lads were amazing to bring our goods to us in just as solid and good a shape as when we put them on the container in the US. Made an appointment for 2pm and I arrived at 1:57 and was taken care of right away.I walked out the door at 2:15 and everything went smoothly! Staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. 5/5 stars!Parking wasn't so bad as I went during a weekday afternoon, but I can see how it can get bad on a prime time weekend day.Hope I get my passport soon!”
