Eddie and staff can fix anything.My phone had water damage and Eddie never gave up and rebuilt my phone saving all my private pics info and videos that weren't backed up.

Eddie is absolutely the best cell phone place. He doesn't rob or scam you. If your phone is trash he will tell you. Otherwise he will repair your phone and or laptop that day and you have no more problems.

bad service, my experience was bad with them, I took my phone to change the glass and then they gave it to me supposedly fixed and the touch did not work and they were not responsible for the bad job they did, 0 stars for that place if I could give it less than zero I would give it a bad experience

Don’t take your phone here I brought my phone to get the screen replaced they put a screen that was popping out of my phone I went back to get my old screen back in hopes that my phone would turn back to normal now it’s not turning on I call the store the guy is telling me they aren’t responsible for messing up my phone super unprofessional don’t bother coming here you can go somewhere else and get better service

Best phone store you can ever go to! Eddie is super attentive and super quick. I came in to get my phone unlocked after being told that my phone cant be unlocked. Got my phone the same day and couldnt be happier.

I went to metro pcs on Jerusalem Ave and was given a difficult time and wasn't able to be helped. Although my phone is metro she recommended to Serena wireless and when I came into the store he was able to fix the issue in a matter of seconds switched the motherboard off my phone and had my phone working better then it ever did .
