THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! ProtectNet installed the intercom system in my apartment building and it is like PULLING TEETH to get them to just respond to me or take me calls. They ignored me for about a month and then finally sent someone out, now back to ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ron and his team did an amazing job coordinating and carrying out the replacement of our building's entire intercom system. His team was prompt, professional and courteous. Hopefully we won't need another intercom overhaul anytime soon, but if we do, ProtectNet is our vendor.

This is a great company. I heard of them through a friend who had hired them for his condo building, and then I called them to install a video door entry system for our four unit coop in Brooklyn. Ron and his team were so straight up and professional from moment one, and turned old crazy wires into a beautiful new system. I highly recommend them for jobs big and small.
