The coaches here are super friendly and very well-informed about weightlifting, and there are a wide variety of equipment and other opportunities to meet your fitness goals. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

Very spacious pool, super clean, hot showers, inexpensive with the leisure pass. It was our first time coming here and we loved it!!
The Omni Fitness Center, located next to Nassau Coliseum and Hofstra, is a 24,000 square foot, state of the art facility gym dedicated to health and wellness. This large space boasts a full range of cardio and strength machines, weights, and a newly renovated swimming pool.
