I only gave 1 star because you have to click at least 1 star but I give this establishment 0 stars. I went to purchase a charger for my daughter's ipad on 2/23/24. The clerk on duty was Abdullah. He suggested the charger and then told me if it was not the correct product I could return it. I was going to pay for it with my card but he told me I needed to pay cash. I did. I asked for a receipt. He refused. He stated that if it was incorrect just come back to see him and there would be no problem with return/refund. I returned to the store that next day because it was the wrong charger. I spoke with Dani and he said I would have to come back the next day to see Abdullah. I returned the following day and spoke with Abdullah who refused to give me a refund. He stated that I had the item for 2 days, even though I returned the next day but he was not there. It is my belief that Abdullah must have pocketed the $40 sale and simply did not want to return it!! I would never go into this establishment ever again let alone purchase anything from there. I asked for the managers name and he refused that information also. This is the worst case of poor customer service that I have encountered in a long time. I will be reporting this interaction to the BBB and would suggest that no one do business at this location!

I went to the store on Friday hoping to transfer my previous carrier to a phone that was affordable like they advertise. The representative there his name was Dannie and he understood my disabilities and my financial situation not being so good. He talked me into getting a Samsung A14. I could not afford that but I had to transfer money from my bank account to my AmEx. He never gave me a receipt I realized that and called the back the next day but he never answered the phone. I would not go to the store at 690 Jerusalem Avenue, Uniondale, NY 11553Especially on those two days. I called T-Mobile Metro and they guarantee me they will help me once I go to the store to return my phone. I absolutely love Metro T-Mobile service but I don't like the phone I want a refund, I will never go to a Uniondale store again!I went back as a T-Mobile rep told me to & guaranteed I'd ger my refund. When I called 611 like told to they said they couldn't help me!!! ??

I need My Receipt that I paid for the phone I bought! Not lies & false statements from the Metro T-Mobile teams! No one helps me after my 1st call to 611, that call ASSURED ME I WOULD GET A REFUND! SO MORE TOME WASTED & THE SHADY REP COULD FO WHATEVER HE WANTED, SEEING AN OLDER SENIOR IN STRESS! Horrible customer service! Thanks for nothing

Don’t go anywhere else this girl there (haniya will make you the happiest with your plan I got a lovely plan from her. Works great and puts all her effort into work to make customers happy. She’s well experienced and knows her job. Highly recommend

I went in to get my plan to be a little lower but was greeted by haniya and she gave me the best deal possible. I have a great deal with 4 lines and 3 tablets and a home internet. I love it the customer service is great here highly recommend going by !!!!

Excellent service, the manager is a very good seller. Second time visiting this location as the first time the previous manager (Indian) behaved very arrogant only interested in making a sale and not helping. But this time that I went, Ana was very kind. Very good decision ? having changed administrator. Congratulations ?

Well let me say this, I was beyond frustrated with my internet service and lack of clear connection. I walked into a welcoming atmosphere and was met by Brenda at the door. She gave me great advice and not only fixed my issue but also recommended me an awesome plan for my kids especially with them going back to school. Awesome job!
