I dont use a laundromat but my washer had a problem so not sure , to me it was way expensive like $9 for one machine it was a bigger than super small one, and then dryer which was that bad,

This place is utter garbage!!! I did a pick-up/delivery through Uber and they didn't return my pack of laundry pacs/laundry beads and bleach. It's a 24-hour spot, so I tried calling them but they keep hanging up without speaking. WHAT KIND OF REPUTABLE BUSINESS DOES THIS?!!! I WILL be heading over there tomorrow AND I'm disputing the transaction because stealing from your customers is NOT how you get repeat business. Negative a million stars!!!

I Been Doing My Londry There For More Them 10 Years .But I Love ToGo On Midnight Cause Just Only once do you find how To many people there are, things that are full during the day and that they have more than 100 machines. That's because during the day there are always Lots people until around 10:00 Pm. Few are already starting to come. That's because I've been living it.

Nasty ole lady. I come here all the way from queens because I grew up going this this laundromat. On this day I went to the lady because the dryer that I had set for 30 mins stopped working at 26 mins. When I went to the lady she told me hold on. I walked away and had to go back. Where she rolled her eyes to the back of her head because I knocked the window and stated “my dryer isn’t working and I have to go”. Upon checking she wanted to argue with me saying I only had 10 mins in other words paid just once. Speaking in her language and me not understanding Spanish knew she was upset and whatever she was saying wasn’t pleasant. She went on to ask someone who spoke the same language as her to come over to the kiosk that you use to add the money where I pointed out clear as day that I did in fact add money to that machine 3 times. I will not be returning. Upon arrival there was a man smelling like str8 urine leaving I had to spray air freshener.

To the management of the laundromat, I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning observations and experiences I have encountered during my recent visits to your laundromat.
Firstly, I have noticed a recurring issue with homeless individuals congregating and sometimes sleeping inside the premises. While I empathize with those facing homelessness, I am concerned about the impact this has on the safety and comfort of other customers. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and raises hygiene and security concerns. I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers feel safe and welcome at your establishment.
Secondly, I have observed children standing on the clothes folding tables, which not only poses a safety hazard but also risks damaging the equipment and causing inconvenience to other customers. Implementing measures to discourage such behavior and ensuring proper supervision of children on the premises would greatly improve the overall experience for everyone.
Lastly, I have noticed that the maintenance of the facilities could be improved. There are instances of malfunctioning machines, cleanliness issues, and general disrepair that detract from the quality of service offered. Regular maintenance checks and swift resolution of any issues would enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and trust that you will take these concerns seriously. I hope to see improvements implemented soon.

A place with good customer service

I had this place rated at 5 stars because I'm here every week, sometimes twice a week. Nice place that always has machines available even if the lot is full. Today, however, I decided to ask the lady that works there how much they charge for the service (which they clearly do there), and she simply said "No" and looked away. I will gladly change my rating if I can get an explanation as to why she responded that way. Mind you, I'm temporarily disabled and have to use a cane to get around, which, as you can imagine, is a hassle going in and out with 2-3 bags
