Mr. Carlos is very rude, we had a car fixed and they couldn't do anything, he literally stole the money when the car was returned because nothing had been fixed, he started insulting my dad because he complained to him for not having fixed anything. … I do not recommend this workshop at all, very irresponsible and disrespectful in addition to not knowing how to do anything. 3rd time we go to this workshop and we always leave with one more problem in the car.

My dad brought his 2006 Toyota 4runner V8 here to fix elbow p0171 and p0174. The mechanic said he had a lot of experience working at Toyota's and could fix it. He said it was the mass air flow sensor and he changed the spark plugs and charged $570. When he picked up the car and took it home, the code came back, he checked it again and delivered it again. This happened twice and each time the light came back. In the end I recommend a new catalytic converter. He was wrong in his diagnosis or what I can call guessing in the hope of fixing the car. I am a mechanic but I was on vacation and I desperately needed the car fixed because I was going to sell it. They did not want to return money and they did not fix the car either. When I checked the car I checked for an air leak in the air intake system and the exhaust with smoke machine did not have a leak. In the short term fuel trims the car read lean. The 2 a/f sensors and the other two o2 sensors are good. And the MAF sensor that I changed was not bad. And for your information the catalytic converter would not cause a lean code because it is after the sensor. I finished my diagnosis by checking the fuel pump pressure with the car parked and it read 20psi, which is too low. Conclusion needs a new fuel pump. And also just so you know the spark plugs had already been changed 1 year ago and are good for 100k miles and WOULD NOT CAUSE A LEAN CODE, THEY WOULD CAUSE A CYLINDER FAILURE. I do not recommend this “workshop”

I don't recommend this shitty workshop, they don't have the right equipment, they don't even know how to change oil, they can't even do a diagnosis and be careful about leaving things in your car, then you can't find anything, they change parts without permission, total rubbish, shortcut of clowns , you're going to waste your money there

I took my 2015 Rubicon to Uniondale Auto Car for an AC that wouldn't turn on. Chris, did a diagnostic and the equipment called for a relay but that was not the issue, they then did more tests and thought it was a blower motor and still was not the issue and some more trouble shooting realized that it was a resistor. I am sure they could have charged me for labor and parts etc but end up charging me for the resistor and minimal labor. Other shops would have charged me an arm and a leg and. This is a family owned shop(father,2 sons and uncle) explains the work and even give you an estimate. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. You can trust your baby with these guys. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. - John Merrick

Don’t waste your time or money , don’t even know how to change break pads. When you complain about it Carlos gets defensive and mad ,when he is the that made the mistakes when the replacement of the breaks. He also broke the hood props when I took my car in they worked perfectly And he (Carlos) walked away all made when I asked about it. Most likely he changed my working parts when older parts just because he gets so defensive. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I could have crashed with non working breaks!!!
