My shirt collars and cuffs are always spotless and clean. I’ve been going to Hansen’s cleaners for over 15 years and they’ve always done an excellent job with my clothing. I highly recommend Hansen’s cleaners

I'm only giving them a four star just on how much I had to pay, they did a good job on the size and the length on the edges. They did exactly what I wanted and did it extremely quick, on the other hand, the total for that was 40.00 ! They did pressed the dress and the employees were super nice. I would give it a five star only if they lowered the price.

If I could give zero stars I would! The owner is rude and charged me $19.95 to dry clean ONE dress, then got an attitude when I said it was expensive and says “I could’ve charged you $25” They did go a good job but the price is ridiculous.

I will not be using their services in this lifetime. I have lived in this neighborhood for most of my life. My parents still live here, so i needed a dry cleaner on short notice. My family hasn't used this cleaners in most of those years and I was reminded why. They are steeply overpriced and I remember my mother complaining back in the day that they don't get stains out. That could have changed, but I wouldn't know. First of all, I wasn't greeted properly, but I let that slide. When I asked the price to dry clean 3 blazers, she didn't know. Then the register told her $13-15. I was a bit surprised bc I had called a few other places locally and was given a rate of $8-9, but wanted to go to the closest. She asked me, "How much do you want to pay? And that if I wanted cheaper I wouldn't get a good job... They do quality work..." I guess I hit a nerve?? I mean it's not like they are green eco-friendly dry cleaners which I definitely have paid more for. I explained to her that the lecture wasn't necessary, she has the right to charge whatever she wants, just like I have the right to go somewhere else. Bye-bye!
