“I've been banking with the bellmore branch for over 10 years and they feel like family from the manager on down the line. It's one of the rare experiences nowadays where you feel like your bank is there to help you. I don't know why people use commercial banks when this option is available. All the branches are better than commercial but I go out of my way when possible to go to Bellmore. Island Fed should use Bellmore as the model to emulate. Kathy ,the branch manager, is the most helpful person I've ever experienced while banking.”

He spent about an hour with me & called the fraud department to dispute the charges & gave me so many helpful tips on how to protect my card info from being stolen.
