The absolute worst experience of my life with a lender. They literally had us running in circles to try and produce documents for 24 years ago! Made us run last minute to our vendors to get letters proving we were a legit business and that we bought supplies from people. We provided bank statements and documents from our state website proving this information and they still made us jump through loops. Lied about having documents ready before our builder would need them. We literally drove 2 hours with our rental truck, 3 dogs and a hamster and kid in the car not knowing for sure we were closing. We kept getting told you are clear to close. We got documents at the absolute LAST second and truly didn't have time to review them. I've never been so stressed out and tortured by anyone I've done business with. I waited 8 months to write this review I was so angry. I'm still that angry and feel they deserve this review. I thought my experience with PNC was a nightmare, these people hands down beat that horrible experience. Do not use this company!
Edited: Kathie was the only person who kept us informed through the process and why I waited and hesitated to write this review. Lynne was why this review was written. She is the one that dropped the ball regarding our paperwork and made empty promises regarding same.

I've been working with Emily (Cordeira Team) for a few years now as a broker and the experience has been, for lack of a better word, AWESOME.
Emily & her team are always on top of updates, road bumps, and overall client management.
And before anyone asks, as a broker, I can confirm that I do with with other lenders that are also good... but with Emily & her team I'm basically spoilt with how professional & smooth the experience is.
As a professional in my line of work, it's not easy to find other vendors that approach their lane/responsibilities with the same level of acumen and attention.
There's good, there's great, then there's Emily & her team - a league of their own :)

George Diamantakis is a very knowledgeable and passionate Cliffco Mortgage Banker.
