Called in while shopping for a car insurance quote. I was assisted by Jazline Caba who made the process effortless. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with my new policy. Pricing was great as it was cheaper than most agencies. Would highly recommend Charmaine Robin’s Statefarm location. Ask for Jazline, she’s great.

very unprofessional and rude on the phone I’m not sure who I was speaking too but it was an older woman. She kept cutting me off while I was helping my grandmother understand. All we were trying to do was add someone to an existing policy I will be switching insurances after this unprofessionalism

I was recommended to this office by a friend. I am glad I decided to come in. Jazline was very helpful in helping me switch my car insurance and also gave me a quote for homeowners insurance. She took the time to explain everything to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. Great work environment, you can tell the other team members enjoy working there. There is order and the office is organized and professionall. The owner truly cares about her team. I highly recommend this office. Jazline continues to follow-up with me to help me. My family and I have used State Farm for years. After one at fault accident, my rate increased more than 100% from $125 to $350+ a month. I eventually received a letter detailing that coverage would not be offered and later was told that State Farm was planning to contact me to offer coverage for $350+ per month.
EDIT: This review does not reflect my experience with Charmaine Duncan, but instead highlights my disappointment with State Farm. Charmaine was reasonable and did explain the chargers and her limits to make changes. My issue is with State Farm's policies and Charmaine happens to be the agent that is assigned to me.
