“I received my car today from Benjamin Motors and I give the experience a 5 out of 5. There was absolutely no friction at all.I called Scott and gave him the make, model, color of the trim and he found exactly what I wanted in a matter of days!In addition the car was less expensive than from the dealer I had bought my last four cars. Oh and Benjamin Motors delivered the car to my front door. Amazing service and people!”
“So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!”

“I have a friend who is involved in a Hit and Run situation. Unfortunately this was a rental from this branch. The accident occurred at 2pm and waited almost 3 hrs for police to arrive but nypd never arrived nor call back as of today writing this review.The friend called insurance company around 4pm and at 540pm arrived at the rental car because insurance company said to go back to rental car and return the car and get another one.The office wad already closed but Anthony came and heard my friend story saw the video of hit and run and worked after hours to ensure my friend had a working car instead of waiting until next day.This made a HUGE difference in my opinion. And it's because of people like ANTHONY that will want me to keep coming back to Enterprise for future rental.”

“We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped. The flexible cancellation policy on Auto Rentals gives you this advantage although be sure to double check the policy when you book your initial reservation.”

I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).”
“I can't say enough about what Ernie and his crew did for me. Even though my vehicle was a total loss, the shop went the extra mile to make sure I got paid the amount of money that I was entitled to. My insurance company was trying to cheat me out of $6,000.00. Thanks to ERNIES AUTO BODY I was able to recover all of that money. They walked me through the entire process and it worked out great! “Always a pleasure here never had any problems with ent. Before. Only difference this time was the drivers insurance that hit me did not accommodate ent to Match the suv i currently own instead I was given a sedan (Corolla) never crossed that issue before but was no big deal only had the car a week so not a big complaint there but Kareem and Dana were great Kareem has good energy and was very informative on how to address any issues I had and Dana was fast and speedy on my return and made sure I got a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my car so awesome job guys and my deposit was refunded in 1 day so they don’t play with your money lol fast as they take it fast as they return it! GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!”

“After arriving mid afternoon into JFK we hired a car from Budget after getting on to the parkway we noticed a noise from the rear of the car we rang customer service who were really helpful and directed us to Budget on Old Country Rd Carle place.I wish I had got the guys name.At 15:45 on a horrible Sunday night when they close at 16:00 he was outstanding, extremely pleasant and so very helpful everything was sorted straight away.If only more employees had his outlook the world would be a much nicer place. ?”

“I used to rent from Enterprise all the time before I had a car. Recently, I needed a larger car for a snowboard trip up to Massachusetts and rented a standard SUV from Enterprise Island Park. There were no other standard SUVs available, so they kindly upgraded me to a 2023 BMW X1! How cool is that?! I've never been much of a BMW guy and have always kind of scoffed at BMW/Mercedes white SUVs for whatever reason, but I really loved the style, comfort, and performance! Unfortunately, while driving up in Massachusetts, I got a flat tire on my second day into the trip. Turns out it was a nail in the side, so the local Firestone recommended I go to the nearest Enterprise for an easy car swap. It was honestly super easy indeed! They swapped it out, no questions asked, and I made my way home in a beautiful, powerful, and fully equipped 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Gotta love the customer service! And since I'm an Enterprise Plus member, I get points for every ride! I'm now at 1000, which scores me a free day's worth of rental... sweet! Thanks, Enterprise, for having the best prices, best cars - you're definitely my #1 rental pick!”
