AJ welcomed me into his shop on extremely short notice and did a top notch job at fixing issues I had, and showing me and fixing issues I didn’t even know I had. Not a fancy looking place by any means, but a place to take your BMW to get serviced and taken care of by a group of lads that are genuine car lovers and enthusiasts. They don't respect time and show lack of interest when you are sitting there waiting almost two hours to be assisted . Even after giving them a heads up the day before that you will be there. They opened the shop late and were claiming they don't know where the other staff is which is really unprofessional especially when you are a mechanic.

I brang my 2006 BMW 325i to Autocraft mechanic on 3/27/21 and received it back on 4/8/21. For those two weeks I had to keep calling them to find out the update with my car because they were not keeping me informed. Then finally they informed me that they were waiting for a part. So I picked up my car on 4/8/21 at 930am around 11ish when I finally got on my block my right side wheel on the driver side twisted and damaged my bumper I couldn't move or park it. I then called Shawn the mechanic to let him know my issue and he stated he didn't work on that side of the car so he's not responsible( but mind you he had my car for 2 weeks so I don't know what he was capable of in those two weeks. He showed no compassion or care to my situation not to mention I just paid him 1467.00 for his services. He did not offer no help or solution to my situation. I now had to sit in my car for 4 hours to wait for the tow truck company to pick up my car and store it (75 dollars) to take it to the new mechanic this morning. So now am gonna be out of more then 1467.00 dollars. Customer service for being BMW specialists was horrible and we all know bmw parts are not cheap. I will not recommend Autocraft.Service: General repairs & maintenance
