Window service is posted as open until 12pm... I am here at 11:55 and the door is locked. Post person came out her back door and argued with the service hours yet they are clearing marked on the door. Now this order will be late. Its difficult to run a successful business when other don't keep their hours as posted.P.s. this is the 3rd Saturday this has happened.

If I could give zero stars I would. Victoria was on a personal phone call when I came in, then she just held her phone below the desk while trying to rush me through a transaction so she could get back to her call. My package never arrived to my friend to cheer her up as she is going through a hard time. And I no longer had the tracking number, she just said there's nothing I can do, over and over, and sarcastically said, 'i would've held on to the receipt'. She was so rude, sarcastic and cared less about helping me. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. She was so rude and her last priority was helping me. I just felt like I interrupted her phone call.

Service here is always friendly and even when there is a line it goes quickly. Will always go here before the post office in Webster.
