He found the item, was able to give me information on its delivery status and updated me throughout the process. Kudos to you guys 5/5!”
“I'm moving again (in part because of RTS On Demand and RTS Access service having become too un-user friendly), but before I go I need to say good things about the Webster Post Office. The one-story building borders on ugly, aesthetically speaking, BUT no steps (or steep incline) and automatic doors, plus plenty of room inside (all good because I use a walker). The best part of visiting the Webster Post Office is the staff. Everyone is always courteous, helpful, and completely up to date on the myriad functions of the USPS. As I mentioned in a previous review, I have done business in several post offices in several states and Webster ranks right close to the best. Thanks.”
