Even though they were not expecting me, they were very helpful, and Bob even remembered me from a previous visit with a different vehicle. While working on my car, Bob communicated with me before doing anything and got my car back to me quicker than I had been prepared for. He did an excessively thorough work at a very reasonable price. He took pictures of what was wrong with my car so I could provide proof for warranty service.”

“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

I forgot to bring the plates off my old vehicle, so he personally took me to the DMV and sorted it out saving me a 4-hour drive home and back. “We have leased 8 vehicles from Hoselton. The first two were Toyotas, the rest were Nissans. That includes a Rogue in June, 2024 and a Murano that will be picked up on 8/13. Our salesman through all of the leases has been Tim Lippa. Tim, followed by the service departments for both brands, are assets to the Hoselton Auto Mall. There are many options available to us but no need to go anywhere else when you already have the best experience with such a consequential purchase.”

“I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle fixed on a number of occasions at North Coast Auto. Very professional service individuals who took care of what needed fixing. I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”
