Had a bad key hole on my van wasn't able to get into it, Rc sales and service came out and use there bag of tricks to get into my van. Was very quick with the arrival and very professional with the task. Thanks again for your help. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of roadside assistance.

This guy helped me out in a jam, when no other towing companies (including AAA) would help me. Very nice guy, if you are in need of service, I recommend this place. He was very professional and also very careful with my car.

Picked up my car off the road despite having another tow company on the way. Refused to look at the car unless it sat there for a minimum of 1 week and generated him $75 per day while he holds it hostage. Refused to return the plates (police involvement required) unless I gave him $75 AND the title to my car in order to cover the roughly $300 he charged to take the car roughly 764 meters down the street. Absolute Crook.

USE THIS SERVICE! I had an emergency last night where my stick shift was stuck, and disconnected from its place. I called Ralph, and he was there in less than 10 minutes, at 9:30pm. Instead of towing my car and taking my money, he got down on the ground and fixed it on the spot. I was able to drive home safely, thanks to him. He explained everything very well, and I appreciated his patience and thoroughness. He was kind enough to walk away without payment, so hopefully a good review will suffice! If you need a trustworthy person to take care of you in a dire situation, I recommend calling Ralph. Thank you Ralph!

Ralph has worked on vehicles for my entire family for as long as I can remember. My mom's car needed repair and me, being in Houston, was able to pay for repairs with debit card with no issues. Thanks to all for another great job done.

I got into a terrible car accident with a deer on the highway and RC sales & service responded to police for towing. They were kind and understanding and made sure I was okay. The process was quick and easy and they ensured I was able to collect my belongings and plates before the insurance company moved my vehicle. Highly recommend their services.
