“When I was young kid we would visit this store riding from Kingston to Beacon. Now as an adult I cherish this little deli. The ham and Swiss is so delicious. fresh bread and tasty overall. I get every time I visit area as I live in Connecticut now.”

“Stewart's began as a family run ice cream shop, and they made their own ice cream. Nowadays they're all over the area as a normal convenience store and gas station; pretty ordinary. But they still make their own ice cream, and it's delicious! I stop by for a cone whenever I can as a reward if I've been good or a pick-me-up if I haven't.”

“Very busy place. Parking can be tricky if you aren't getting gas. Normal selection of typical snacks, drinks, coffee etc. The big plus is they will custom make your breakfast sandwich fresh for you.”

“Sure, I can make my coffee at home, but it will never taste like the 05:00am cup from Stewart's. The team is always chipper and friendly. Doesn't matter if it's 05:00am or 9:00pm, it's a great place to stop in and grab a coffee, hot dog, or anything else you can think of.”

“In my busy day I rushed in to pay for gas & at the same time get change of money not realizing what I was doing the cashier calmly tried to make sense of what I actually wanted & made me realize I had to slow down long enough to make sense of things especially things that are as important as money. I felt so bad that I couldn't stop apologizing for my nonsense, but he was a gentleman & smiled & said "slow down & things will get better for you now go and enjoy your day and if I don't see you again happy holidays and have a good life." I was feeling like a lil piece of terd, yet I was blessed in how kind & patient he was with me. I'm definitely going there again & recommend anyone else as well. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE STAY SAFE.”

“My family and I love living down the street from Stewart’s! We’ve lived here for 3 years and my toddler has grown up on Stewart’s milk. It’s always fresh and it tastes better than any other milk around. They also serve up delicious meatballs and chili on a regular basis. We even pop in for a pizza from time to time. I adore the friendly staff and the shop is always clean, tidy and well stocked. It’s obvious that the staff truly cares. Always a positive experience!”

“We stopped by Stewart’s for a quick treat in between activities. My boyfriend got a 6 pack of cream soda (they didn’t have any 2Ls but I don’t think he’s too disappointed). We also each got a kiddie cone. I got the cookies n cream and he got the black raspberry. I really liked the black raspberry (he loved it). I don’t think the scoops were cleaned off well before scooping though because my cookies n cream tasted so minty. I really don’t love mint flavored ice cream so it was a little disappointing. Once I got through the mint layer it was fine. Overall pretty good experience though!”

“Love this grocery store! Everything you need need for Mexican cuisine. I even got a taco press and made my own tacos for dinner. Very friendly and helpful owner, great fresh produce and a wide range of moles. Can’t wait to get back.”

So, I decided to take a walk to the local corner store/gas station at Stewart's Shops.I love the cleanliness - a big thing to me, the variety of choices, the store is well kept, it smells great in there (food & their coffee), prices are reasonable, and the best part? They have an AWESOME staff. Such wonderful customer service from each team member there, pleasantly surprised me. I will enjoy spending money there. “Newer to the area, and hadn’t ever used a Rite Aid before, but the store was really clean and the service was exemplary. The pharmacy staff were incredibly warm, helpful, patient, and fun. My primary pharmacy doesn’t carry this particular medication, and this Rite Aid did, (using a coupon that the staff graciously accommodated), at a very affordable cost.The pharmacist even noticed that we were waiting and completed the order herself in addition to helping me set up a rewards account! Thanks!!Going there was just a breath of fresh air and kinda helped restore my confidence in humanity, lol.Tl;dr Definitely above and beyond.”

Would be 5 stars if not for the high gas prices compared to other stations. It is 1/4 mile off of the Taconic Pkwy.”
