The people here are very nice and helpful when looking for stuff. The layout is made for easy finding when shopping. Every isle is labeled and can find stuff easy. There are also rarely lines and they always try to have others available for when they need another cashier. I really enjoy going to this store

A pleasant store where you can find many things for all members of the family. good prices Fast and courteous service at the checkout. There is no queue at the cash register. Immediately open another one.

Cant seem to put masks on their faces even though everyone has to wear one to go into the store. Always dirty, disorganized and you can't get to half the products in the store because there are boxes and mess everywhere.

Tonight I went to Family Dollar in Tupper Lake. The lady who rang me out was dumber than the Walmart greeters that we get tax breaks for. Sorry I know that was a little harsh. The people who work as a Walmart greeter are smarter than she is. I've been there twice and each time things are on marked on organized and the customer service is horrendous. She didn't even give me a receipt. I will never be going back to that store in my suggestion if you live in that town Drive the 30 minutes to go to another town. Apparently I have to rate this place in order to post this. I did not want to give this place even a star.

They had everything I needed. Clerks were friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, also.

I had a really bad experience here Sat morning. It would have been good, the store had a lot of things I needed and liked. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Every single thing the cashier said to me was said with a snotty, snarky attitude. I got so tired of it I eventually just left and went down the road to General Dollar. Really disappointing.
