“Larry and his team were fantastic. We were from out of town, staying for Labor Day, and our car ended up having some serious issues. We found them through the owner of the cabin we stayed at, Northwood Cabins. Not only were they able to get us in right away, they were able to fix enough of the issues to get us back home safely (3 hours away). They really went above and beyond. Driving out for parts and keeping us informed. I felt they were very honest about our issues, and they also gave us recommendations of what else to have looked at when we made it home.
We can't thank you enough for choosing to prioritize our needs that day, and in no way did you make us feel like we burdened your schedule. We were very grateful to have been treated in a caring and genuine way. It was an emergency situation, and you really helped save our trip.
Our engine light turned off about an hour away from home. The car drove very well and we felt much safer. The engine light is still off as of this review, but we will definitely take your suggestions and have the other parts looked at.
