We had a flat tire on 81N. We pulled into their garage and they were closed. They were still on premise and even though they had worked a long hard day they opened the bay and took care of our tire. It was a godsend!! We will be forever grateful.

NOT nice. Called and asked the man who answered if he would be interested in looking into a brake problem. I told him I had had minor work (replacement of a rear disk brake stone shields) done at another shop last October. The next day the left caliper seized up. I let them replace the caliper and pads, to the tune of at least $600. A day later the right rear caliper seized up. I also paid to get that repaired too. Ever since, the right rear has been getting hot and makes a scuffing noise. I left my car at that other shop at least a dozen times asking them to find and fix the problem. It was obvious that they either won't or can't fix it. So I told Doody Brothers, I think the other shop did something wrong. Anyone would logically assume that. Doody Brothers got argumentative with me saying I was looking to blame the other shop. I don't give a damn! I'm not looking to file a court case. I was just looking for someone to fix the problem. The guy got mad and started yelling. I never knew mechanics could be so hyper sensitive.

Walt from Doody Brothers towed our car and they charged $250 to take it 8 miles. He was rude and refused to tow it to a dealership. They didn't tell us what the price would be or give any information. He just took the car and told us to call them in the morning. Very unprofessional and I would never use them again.
