First time in this studio. I took Emily's class on Wednesday and left feeling relaxed, mindful and completely loose. The class even provided strengthening. Well done.

I began taking classes as a prenatal student, then returned for Mommy & Baby. Gently gets your strength back & eases aches & pains. Knowledgeable & kind instructors. Other mothers are a great sounding board for your concerns. Very helpful to hear other families are going through the same stuff & how they're handling it. Since my baby & I grew out of Mommy & Baby, I take beginner or mixed level classes myself, and I love how I am supported when I'm struggling and challenged when an instructor sees I'm ready to try something harder.

I just had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and it was amazing! The girls had a really fun time - they did yoga and a craft. My daughter is still talking about everything she learned! Jacqui and Margaret were extremely helpful and energetic and made everything so easy for me, from planning through clean-up. I highly recommend Yoga Haven!

I go here to see my massage therapist Carlene Brown. The place is clean and relaxing. There are other massage therapist, an accupuncturer and yoga classes given there. It truly is a holistic place.

I have been studying at Yoga Haven for almost 15 years now. It has always felt like home, and it has always been staffed by a pretty remarkable array of talented teachers, who offer a wide range of classes including different levels of vinyasa and Iyengar, Viniyoga, prenatal, restorative, a bunch of Pilates classes—plus special workshops (including aerial yoga) that pop up all the time. There are also classes for kids, from mommy & me through teens. It's big enough that there are lots and lots of options, offered at their two studios (Tuckahoe and Scarsdale), at all different times from very early morning through evening—making it possible to find a class you can fit into even a super busy schedule. The current lineup of teachers is terrific, and classes are varied enough that you should definitely try a few to see where you feel most comfortable. Whether you have a lot of yoga experience or none at all, Yoga Haven is a welcoming, wonderful place to practice.

Yoga Haven and Yoga Haven 2 are both an oasis in Westchester. Upon walking in the doors Its easy to let the hassles of the day go. Once on your mat the experience gets even better. All of the teachers all excellent and committed. There are classes for all levels as well as different styles given at convenient times. Parking is never a problem. At Yoga Haven you feel special whether it's your first time at the studio or your hundredth. As a long time yoga student and teacher I've been to and go many studios, and its Yoga Haven that I always come home to.
