I wish I had read the reviews here earlier … keeping my fingers crossed now for my packages to arrive at destination … overall neat clean place … staff includes typical disgruntled teenagers at the desks totally oblivious to customer service … in parallel busy on their phones sorting out domestic issues with their otherwise apathetic boyfriends … do your jobs diligently people …

We did not receive our package they say it was sent back to the sender and after 2 weeks the sender never got the package back. They stole our package I’m gonna be reporting them this is a real disgrace. Looks like the employees run this place and decide whatever they want do with the packages shame on them I will never ship anything to that location ever again And I encourage everybody to use a different location nearby! Do not trust this one!

We lost a very valuable client, because of this office. They returned a package to us just because there was no apt number! Apt number is not important. We sent thousands of packages with no apt # and they always leave it in the lobby! When the full address is on the package that’s all they need!What’s worse instead of keeping the package at the post office for a week time like they should they automatically sent it back to us which is weird. Honestly they don’t care about other people, businesses and important package that they need.

I don't understand how you decide not to deliver mail for days at a time.. I'm still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.. Literally paid for next day and they just ignored it.. Why charge the fee if you have no intention of delivering the package next day...? Do better.. We are a mile long village. It's embarrassing... We live in a beautiful, peaceful, tiny little village and our biggest issue is that our post office fails us constantly..

They delivered my package to the wrong address and it’s been a week with no follow up. I had to drive there twice because they have no phone and each time the manager was always in meetings….hopefully this gets them to follow up with me.

One of the clerks (middle eastern all the way to the right) told me my package was not scanning and I needed to go home and reprint it because there was nothing she could do....I ended up going to the one in Bronxville right after and explained to the Clerk what had happened. He said “Wow are you serious? Look at mine, mine isn’t scanning either. But all I have to do is just type the numbers at the bottom. Those ladies are so lazy”. All he had to do was just type the numbers on the bottom of the barcode and that was all. Lady was too lazy to do that. Unbelievable.Tuckahoe USPS is really really bad. Not the first time I have a problem like this one.Never going back there.

Staff is very incompetent always delivering wrong mail and packages.... or they lie and say there was no access to building to deliver and don’t leave any notification
