“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

“I think this post office is way better than other local post offices. Anyone complaining should go stand in line at the Palisades Mall PO or try communicating with the fools in Sloatsburg PO. The staff here are genuinely helpful and in 10 year s of visiting have always been able to assist with broken mailbox keys, international mailing, held parcels, 1-2 day expedited delivery, xmas mailing etc Sometimes the line is long, but it;s a post office so what do you expect.”

“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”
“Mrs. Karen is a very professional person.She helped me and my daughter thru the process to obtain our passports. Mrs. Karen shows multi cultural competency and excellent social skills. She is very skilled on taking good pictures and make children to cooperate for pictures. She guided me thru the process, answered questions, and clarified doubts. She is the agent that evey client would love to have for assistance. She is very fast assisting clients which avoids delays in the services offered. I recommend this facility to all residents of NJ. “I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”

“Thank you to MICHELLE for being informative, calm, professional, and patient. The passport process is not easy to navigate but she handled it gracefully. I came in as a walk in on Saturday (get there EARLY! They only take 5 walk in appointments- first come first serve). I was nervous and thought the wait time would be hours but she was fast and efficient. Super happy it was her that helped with my application.”

“Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”
“Had the best experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Typically I was going to Dobbs Ferry USPS, but their service is rude and rushed. When I found out about this USPS, I was stoked. Joel was extremely helpful assisting me expedite my passport application. I have even gone at 4:58pm when they close at 5pm and they did not rush me out. They kept a very friendly and supporting environment, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend this location!”
