Disappointing...my car window didn't work, a regulator was needed. Ok fine. So I agreed to have Rob fix it, which I thought he did. It wasn't fixed correctly so I returned, he said it needed to be adjusted. Ok so when can it be done correctly, call me to set an appointment. He dodged my calls and then had his employee tell me I broke it and he wasn't honoring his work....the employee suggested I come and speak to him directly, I did try but when I arrived every thing was closed...who needs the stress. So I would NEVER have this mechanic touch my car again, or recommend him to anyone...obviously he is does NOT know how to properly fix a window...which for a mechanic I would think is basic.

The most honest place you will ever go to, I refuse to ever go anywhere else. Even if you need something looked at in a pinch because something came on while you were driving, they’re willing to help and are so understanding. Small team but they deserve 6 stars. My mom goes there too and she says the same thing. I’m dreading the day I move and won’t be by them anymore!!! Will 100% not rip you off and say “you need this, that’s broken, this needs to be fixed” no- they’ll take care of the issue without any BS. Recommend at the highest regards!

Absolutely worst mechanics even worse service and drunks. These guys will check your battery by opening up the window of a car down the street. Three months to do a one day job.

NEVER GO HERE! Would not refer them to my worst enemy. A four day job at best turned into a month and a half before I had my car back and still had to return 3 times until I cut my losses and brought it to another mechanic who asked if I replaced the motor myself in a parking lot. After the third trip back one on the mechanics rob told me he didn't care about fixing any of his mistakes because he was tired and just got diagnosed with the virus out of the blue, cracked a beer and closed the door. The namesake harpo blamed me for him not getting the right motor for my car twice even though I called his towing company ( another gem of a company) and and had my car towed to his shop. Please heed my warning do not ask them for help if you break down in front of there duct tape shop save your money and time Never Never Never ask the to go anywhere near your car!!!!!!!!!

Harpo is the best - He's really a 6 star guy! He went out of his way to help me out when I got stuck. He did a quick professional diagnostic of my car, did the repair, and got me on my way. Being from California, I did not know anyone in the area, but I was told he has been in business for over 40 years, did fast work, at a very fair prices, and that's exactly what I got. I wish he was back in LA! Thanks again Harpo's you saved my trip.
