If grocery stores had a hall of fame this would be the Micheal Jordan and Derek Jeter, the staff is beyond friendly, and the owner and store manager are so helpful and friendly whenever I am there. I looked at some of the other comments and believe they have had their hands held their entire life making them soft and subject to offense more often than a normal human. The stock boys there are the best at what they do, constantly staying professional and always wearing their masks. I love the shur-save

Good little selection of organic and local (so local they name the farm) stuff alongside national brands. Convenient location next to gas and liquor. They have a pretty decent variety of prepared foods and breads.

Do not stop here to use the restroom--strict no bathroom policy. Skip ahead to a different gas station. Not a fan of this grocery store/gas station. I was driving through Trumansburg, and needed to stop for a bathroom, gas and snacks, so I figured I'd stop at a seemingly local place. Unfortunately, upon my entrance to the grocery store, a woman at customer service informed me that there were no bathrooms available. A sign was posted with the same information. Some festival was on going, and I understand not wanting festival goers to clog up the establishment. But, to blanket ban everyone from using the facilities is absurd, especially when you have them available during usual days.

The old woman at the customer service mustve been having a bad day because she really lacked good customer service. Work on your attitudes.

This store is great! I had an issue with them and they handled it professionally and promptly. I shop here often and recommend them highly. They have just about everything and since expanding the store it is so nice and spacious!

We love Trumansburg, NY. It's close to our home and when we work out in the mornings we find it so convenient to stop there if we need something. Beats driving into the city to the south, it's a lot less congested!

I live in New Jersey, but frequently spend time during the summer on Cayuga lake. Wish we had grocery stores like this near us. Reasonable selection and prices, clean and modern, plus very friendly staff. Never a long line and they sell gasoline as well.

Nice little grocery store, but I go there for the meat department. Sometimes have them custom cut steaks, and they always do a great job. Sausage (hot, mild or bulk) is made there I believe, and is the best around.
