They messed up scheduling me, and when I called to resolve it I got hung up on. Then, when I called back and rescheduled my appointment, they said they can't do anything if I myself don't know exactly whats wrong with the car. I say, "it's your job to look at it, figure out what's wrong and fix it. and he says, "no, your job to tell me what needs to be fixed and I fix it." so you're telling me you refuse to fix someone's car unless they fully understand what's wrong with it? apparently, yes, even though that makes no sense I'd give 0 stars if I could. so incompetent.

I had just bought an oil burner that needed diagnosing. Both Mike and another mechanic lifted and inspected the car. Mike gave me his honest opinion, and instead of recommending repairs, he suggested I try to take it back to the seller. He didn't charge me for their time. The only auto shop I've ever been to that seemed honest. If your car ends up here, listen to this guy.
