Had a recall on our truck they ordered the parts and said they would call when they were in but they never called. So we called they got us a appt and we got in right away and got it fixed other then not calling back everything was good.

My most recent experience with Maguire’s was a headache.
My car was towed there after my car engine failed to start.
The work needed on my car was set aside, and the priority was put on cleaning their garage.
When the work was finally completed, Maguire’s replaced my starter, but told me that my previous starter looked to be in good condition.
Because my car was not properly inspected, they failed to detect that my engine needed to be replaced, and my engine died on me while I was driving later that day.
When I took the car back to Maguire’s to get another look, I was quoted a significantly higher amount than an engine for my car should be. I ended up having it towed to a different repair shop for a much more reasonable estimate.
Very disappointing to have a local business that my family and I have supported for over 30 years treat its customers like this.

I purchased a two year-old vehicle from Maguire Nissan that is still under warranty. I was told I could take it to Maguire Trumansburg to get the repairs, but they could not do that and warrant the repairs. Which makes sense. They were very helpful as they looked at it for nothing and they found another issue that Maguire Nissan will have to fix. Again, they were very professional and very friendly at Maguire Trumansburg
