Saying the pharmacy staff is constantly rude would be putting it politely. Almost every staff member I’ve ever encountered dealing with the pharmacy genuinely acts as if their being held against will forced to a life time working at the Kinney drugs in trumansburg. Not to mention you are beyond slow fulfilling anything if you actually even have it… looking at your google comments seems like this has been a problem and you’ve been told by customers for over 3 years and your page even responds to the comments… thought I’d let you know literally nothing has changed with your staff. If you hate your life and want to discard that energy onto others find yourself a job that doesn't involve customer service.

I stayed committed to them because of convenience, but sadly ready to switch to Wegmans. The service is very inconsistent, but for every kind person there are three snarky and defensive people working in the pharmacy. It also seems the really nice people don't last and they might have a very high turnover. I understand things taking a while and having to wait, but they are often so rude about it that I'm ready to say goodbye.

If I could go less than one star I would! Went there to get one item, got there well before the 7:00PM closing time, to find a locked door and an employee letting customers out! No sense of customer service and rude people. I will not be going back.

Other than being unfriendly, unengaged, not acknowledging longtime customers, allowing herself to be visibly annoyed and inflexible every visit, Bridget runs an adequate pharmacy.

It would be nice if you updated your hours on Google. Had a script called in and believed it would have time to be filled, only to be told that they close at four (as opposed to the posted six) and they didn't have time to fill it.

On a recent trip from Maine to Trumansburg I realized that I had forgotten to pack a much needed medication. Bridget and Mikaelawere able to get me the medication, they connected with my pharmacy in Maine and with my insurance company and even though this happened on a Saturday of a holiday weekend they were able to get the medication for me. I appreciate all that they did . They made a stressful situation much lessstressful. Thank you both!

The pharmacy does not maintain diabetic supplies and are entirely unhelpful/untrained in regards to them.Edit: No I will not reach out to you, every time I talk to y'all there are no productive answers.Btw, the pharmacy staff in here also wear their masks on their chins.

Just there and witnessed a manager telling a cashier what a bad job she was doing. Bad manager to do this in public. Heavy blonde woman. Bad management. Won't return.

Why are they so slow at filling prescriptions??? We always get excuses and the technicans say they are backed up. Why not put two pharmacists on if they are giving vaccinations etc.
