Disrespectful employee disrespectful manger store looks like a mess got banned for trying to purchase the lighter even though we showed ID and is over. The age limit for a lighter in New York State. Would not recommend a style of general if you want professional customer service and or professional service in general bathrooms are still Violation in health code Just rude customer service

Went in to buy a few things we needed. Shop there almost daily. Bought a couple things that had a huge sale sign in front of them. When given my receipt, it didn't give the sale prices. Over 17.00 worth so I kindly asked if I could have the manager do a refund. Some other girl who claimed she was the manager started yelling obscenities at me, screaming from the other side of the registers, only to find out her HUSBAND is the manager. She doesn't work there at all. Then was told if my kids were worth my money I shouldn't even be worried about a discount in the first place. She then threatened (all while the actual employee who I had been talking to-allowed her to continue acting like this to us) said she was going home to get her husband (the manager) to come back so she could watch him beat my arse. Real professional. Never had an experience like this in my life. And i still didn't get my money back :/

Stop at the store quite frequently is going downhill at a rapid rate they are now only open till six most employees are friendly with the exception of a few her just downright miserable
