Excellent. Prices, even with shipping, were very good, I could not find the wine (Aluado Alicante Bouschet Lisboa 2020) anywhere here in Memphis, and the wine was shipped promptly and packed really well. I am very happy.

I placed an order with this merchant through Vivino and was promised to be deliver by 03/25. They took my money and never ship my wines out and it has been close to a week that I have no wines or any shipping info. Now is 03/26 and still no reply.

Awesome store. Ordered online to my home in New Haven Connecticut in the evening of Wednesday. Thursday morning the order shipped out and will arrive on Friday! Great prices, easy checkout, huge selection and you get points back to use towards future purchases. If you purchase 12 bottles (a case) the shipping is only $15! I will definitely be ordering again from WSW.

Frank was extremely helpful with getting my special order delivered. There were issueswinter weather preventing him from shipping due to concerns for the fragility of the wine bottles and maintaining wine characteristics, and he was on top of shipping the case as soon as the weather looked more promising. Excellent customer care!

I used Vivino app to order wine from We Speak Wine, and due to UPS only choosing to try to deliver in the middle of the day (I was at work) they took it back to their UPS facility which is very difficult for me to get to. I contacted Vivino and offered to pay to have UPS ship it to a local access point, but Vivino rep was not able to get in contact with We Speak Vine despite making multiple attempts - and UPS refused to re-route the package without merchant's input. I wasted 5 hours of my day off fighting NYC traffic trying to get to UPS sorting facility to get the package. Good wine selections, decent price, but poor communication regarding shipment from We Speak Wine is why I do not recommend ordering from them. 5 stars for selection and prices, zero for communication. Dixi.
