This Walgreens sucks and so do the staff customer service should be completely sweet smiles hello I'll be right with u I got none of this I wasn't greeted I knew that I was going to be treated like I wasn't existent as I walked up to the counter I wasn't even greeted I was seen but I just stood waiting and waiting when the pharmacist just picked up the phone then the cashier just saw me and got on the phone acted as if I wasn't there first at all then I just waited not even being helped before they got on the phone they both just had me waiting for over 15 minutes about 20 minutes I shouted out where's the proper assistance at I walked in got seen but no hello I'll be right with u very nasty attitudes I just waited there at the counter as soon as I just walked up I gotten no politeness no professionalism no consideration at all I just wasted 20 minutes of my time just waiting on line with out any acknowledgement at least not even so I got so heated I just ended up walking out there should be a law about this for real Walgreens need better quality professional decent service just wasted my damn time I'll be charging my pharmacy as of now this pharmacy sucks badly

Jennifer in the pharmacy was wonderful. I had to move scripts from one pharmacy to another because my Walgreens was out of stock. I just ask all my scripts be sent to this one because I didn't want to run to multiple pharmacies 30 min apart for different medications. She was patient and told me to wait 10 more minutes and she could add on the other one too and saved me a trip. She really was helpful on the phone and in person. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the automated system is AWFUL. It is hard to bypass their automated system talk to someone when you KNOW it is something the automated system cannot help you with (i.e. prior authorization, ok to pay out of pocket please go ahead and fill script, pulling scripts from other walgreens, etc). It can do basic function like fill a script off rx # which you can do in app. But anything else more complex, you really need a person

Never had a problem til today.first the tech stood there and waited for the pharmacist. Had to tell me they had reboot the system.then I know they go to lunch at 1:30 til 2:30 .but instead they threw up the sign and just had to say sorry on luch.and the worst us it was the girl .twice.i never had a bad experience but today was not it.sorry for other that are going through this to.

Tell you that your meds are ready for pick up and not even ready. Not good pharmacy if you needs meds. YOU will be waiting a long time.

The staff at this particular location are all very friendly and do their job well. However, Walgreens policy has gotten me to a point that I will never shop with them again. They charge for medication that I have $0 copay for at any other pharmacy. If that isn't bad enough they wanted my ID to return a $20 pair of headphones that I just bought and had clearly been sold and returned once already. They were broken just like that policy. I had my receipt and used my rewards account. You can't have my ID for a 20bdollar return.

Nothing but a run around with this pharmacy. Horrible there either usually always closed because there is no one to work the pharmacy ,They’re never stocked with medication but when you called to make sure they have it in stock because your son should not be going off of his medication it can hurt him. They tell you they can’t tell you if it’s in stock because it’s a controlled substance like what am I going to do with the information if it is in stock besides call the doctor to get my son’s medication refilled. Absolutely ridiculous horrible moving elsewhere. Also called different Walgreens and they were able to give me the information but yet the person at the one in Troy on 2nd Ave was not able to give me the information weather the medication was in stock ridiculous so obvious he just didn’t want to check and do his job!!!!!!!!!!

When Jenny was there the pharmacy was run excellently! A few weeks back I had a couple scripts and one for my wife. I patiently waited on hold, finally got to speak w someone approx 20 min plus. I askd if the 3 scripts were ready, I was told yes “all set” I specifically askd for one med and I also was told yes all set. I get home from pharmacy to open bags and find one script for myself and one for my wife. I wait on hold another 20 mins, i was told I’m sorry “it’s been one of those days I’ll hv it ready for you in ten minutes. When I had gotten home, changed into cozy’s had my house slippers on. Went back to drive through to get my script. There was a sign that says closed pls go inside? I again wait another 20 min to be told I need photo I’d! So drive back home to grab license! I was just there, had just picked up scripts! Is there no common sense anymore?Don’t even know what to say anymore?!? It’s like everything is a battle?! Walgreens in burg used to b my go to, not anymore! Changing just like the rest of lansingburh, sad! To have to see signs at businesses about pls not littering, us Trojans. Took pride in our neighborhoods, what’s being allowed to go on now, it’s unacceptable. Oh and snowman’s, don’t get me going, the line is 3 blocks long. And have to wait in fear you’ll get shot! Yep keep sending everyone to ny, you watch their won’t b anymore true ny’rs left. Cali lost 400k people last year to ny’s 300k. Ny will be know and compared to cali! The land of “vote for me” I’ll give you and your 7 yr old children cell phones, medical, dental, housing, electricity don’t forget the 65” flat screen tvs boxes on curb every mon! I don’t even hv a 65” tv! The help at Walgreens matches the clientele now= no common sense. I have a bunch more words I could use to describe Walgreens now. It now feels like walking into Walmart 2.0! I had to disinfect my house slippersThe employees don’t know anything about some of us originals, instead they now treat everyone the same like sh*€#t

This pharmacy has very poor customer service they don't care and shows ive been going here since 2012 when it was right aid and what a difference the staff here seemed like they dont like their job and it's your fault there's one pharmacy lady her name is Brittany not sure if iam spelling it she has been rude and passive aggressive with us

The pharmacy is great both at the drive through and in-store. The techs are very nice and patient, and the docs happily answer any questions you have in detail.
