Most all of the store staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a night manager that was apparently having a bad week and took it out on me. I didn't get rewards for a deal posted. He said " prove it". After explaining him the deal he went and looked and credited me. This was totally unavoidable and he has major attitude.

What a disappointment!!!!After years of RX filling at this location. Open M-F 9 to 5 & NO weekend hours?!So often the wrong insurance is "run through their system". Even after repeatedly correcting the staff. So when they are actually open, it's still delays in pick up.Calling is such a hassle too. Always an extended wait to even speak to someone.I moved to Price Chopper pharmacy down the road.This is mainly a Pharmacy right?What happened to patient centered care?

I like Walgreens because they are inexpensive, have a wide variety of items, in addition to pharmacy services, and I'm also able to load money onto all of my online accounts (which is only two), and they are super friendly. If they can't answer your question, they immediately request any possible information from their coworkers and/or superiors, to help answer any question you have.

What a mess! I live less than 1 mile away but have switched to another location. I feel bad for the techs, even the rude ones as I know they are overworked. One pharmacist is rude and over reaches scope of practice. What happened to this branch?

Aweful customer service/ rude employees. And on top of that the cashier kept my 20% off my next purchase coupon that printed out after my purchase and I literally stood there waiting for him to give it to me and he walked away.

This is a horrible pharmacy. They never have orders, they’re not open on weekends, the miss and loose prescriptions, since we swapped to them it has been an absolute nightmare.

This place has gone downhill dramatically over the last year. They've been operating on one pharmacist all this time and just cannot keep up with the demands on them, and the experience reflects that in every way. There is no reason to recommend them over any other pharmacy in the area, and other Walgreens locations aren't doing a whole lot better.

No pharmacy on weekends absolutely unacceptable. Don't offer pharmacy services if you can't follow through. Certain medications cannot be transferred which risks people's health on the weekend. Spend the money needed to keep the pharmacy open. This customer is done.
